`In the cranio-sacral therapy sessions I had with Karine I experienced that there is much more to the body than I am consciously aware of. She offered me a caring, safe and yet professional environment to fully meet some stuff that had been blocked for I don’t know how long. Getting rid of that was an intense experience and a huge relief. In the Karine’s Cranio sessions I experienced a lot of openness, stillness and the space to explore, whatever my system wanted to explore, release, digest. Karine offers a clear and caring frame, guiding me through the different phases. I enjoyed every time at the beginning of each session, that she took the time to help me connecting with a resource. That resource functioned as an extra support. Karine also dared to explore places of my system that are not so usual, like for example a release from the inside of the mouth. I felt I totally could and can trust her, even when things get vulnerable or delicate. Next to all the professional skills of Karine, she is just a wonderful, empathetic, loving human being, and definitely also somebody to have a good laugh with!

Het was heel fijn om zo enthousiast begeleid te zijn door Lieve, haar liefde voor de kristallen heeft ze helemaal laten doordringen, de kracht van die kristallen, de veel verschillende kristallen leggingen gewoon geweldig. Onze teambuilding bij Zennergi was op zijn minst gezegd een “verademing”. Wij werden vooreerst hartelijk ontvangen door Michael en Eva, waarna we van start gingen met de lachyoga waarbij we werden begeleid op de djembé. Daar waar het lachen eerst onwennig voor kwam, waren wij snel ontspannen en kwam de sfeer er snel in, en ging deze les op volle dreef. Een zeer aparte ervaring en een aanrader voor elk team om eens even op een andere manier met mekaar om te gaan. Na de lachyoga hebben we ons geblinddoekt mogen uitleven op muziek, een introductie gekregen in de yoga en meditatievormen en werden ons stress release oefeningen aangeleerd die makkelijk toepasbaar zijn. Tijdens het Dreamtime Healing Concert waren we allen zwaar onder de indruk van de muzikale talenten en de hemelse stem van Eva, magisch gewoon! Wij en onze medewerkers hebben genoten van deze activiteit en kunnen deze ten volle aanbevelen.
Curious what to expect these 4 days, I stepped into the Zennergi centre and immediately I felt like coming home. Mostly new faces and fellow colleagues, but soon it felt familiar. The journey could begin. It was a roller-coaster of emotions, joy, laughing, pain, dance, self-reflection, awareness, but most of all a deep, strong connection with the whole group. Especially the experience with the pyramide was a deep feeling of releasing old patterns which are pressed on by religion, family-karma, systems of education, politics and so on. This is a movement which is going faster and faster, it can’t be stopped. Thanks Hira for sharing your knowledge, guidance and bringing souls together. Michael thanks for the hospitality, wonderful accommodation and energy yoga. And thanks to the soul-group. 4 wonderful days which I can recommend to experience.
To be honest, that's difficult to find words to describe the incredible experience, I've made during those 4 days at Zennergi with Hira Hosen in ATIH workshop... It's an experience of love, trust & beauty. The way back home... Back to your inner child, to who you really are... It's a way through pain, doubt and through darkness. But you have to trust, you'll find the way to your heart! Hira will show you the way, no matter what. I have a feeling to be sleeping all my life in the darkness until now, but I was blessed to find this workshop, Hira , Michael and amazing Zennergi center! I can only say what a marvelous experience this was. In those 4 days I have laughed and cried, jumped and danced, I've sreamed all the anger and powerlessness out of me and I've looked at the stillness of the soul. Thank you Hira for the perfect guidance, thank you Michael and Eva for the perfect location (and thank the chef for the perfect food). Thanks to my colleagues who feel like soul-family now. I have been deeper in myself then I've ever been before and if everyone would follow this workshop the Earth would look like a whole new planet. This 4-day journey to the awaken the illuminated heart is better (and more intense) then any holiday :-)
